(pronounced "tye chee") Tai Chi is a Chinese martial that is primarily practiced for its health benefits, including a means for dealing with tension and stress. The main purpose of program is to improve the quality of life, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Kick Boxing w/ Heather
Kick Boxing will get your heart rate up and work your muscles with challenging combinations. It is a fun, high intensity, full body workout that is great for endurance, strength, flexibility, and stress relief. Join us to hone your inner ninja.
Boot Camp w/ Sean
Sean's boot camp is a fun full body program that'll be sure to make you sweat! Boot camp incorporates a specialized resistance and cardio interval training. Exercises include full body movements in intense interval training using free weight, medicine balls, resistance bands. Each class finishes with a cardio surprise!

All are welcome to restore, revitalize and renew your mind and body while you ease into poses to release stress, strengthen your core and increase bone density.
Cardio/Core w/ Denise
Blasts of cardio and core exercises designed around interval training that will maximize your workout time and fat burning ability. Participants should bring a mat.
Zumba Fitness w/ Angie
Uses Latin and international rhythms to provide a fun and effective exercise class. Zumba uses high intensity songs followed by lower intensity songs to provide a calorie burning party.
Zumba Gold w/ Angie
Zumba Gold takes the elements of Zumba fitness but modifies the moves to a lower intensity. This class is geared toward the active older adult or those looking for a low impact dance party.
Dance Fitness w/ Angie
Combines the elements of dance and fitness into one. Songs are designed for you to have fun and not even realize that your're working out.
Boot Camp w/ Angie
An overall body workout that takes you to the next fitness levels. Uses bouts of high intensity drills followed by lower intensity strength.
Pilates w/ Celina
Come build strength, flexibility, and muscle in this total body workout. We will focus on the core as it is the center of the body as well as our glutes, arms, legs, and lower back. Get ready to feel energized and focused after!
